What is Shipping Protection?

Q for Quinn provides protection for shipments that are damaged, lost, or stolen. Add Shipping Protection to your cart at checkout to enable protection.

For damaged shipments, photos will be required. 

For lost and stolen items, we will have to give 3 business days before a claim can be made, as sometimes the package is simply misplaced and it shows up!

Please note if shipping protection is not selected, Q for Quinn is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. 

Maximum value of goods that can be re-shipped is $1000.

Why can’t we ship “regular” mail, you might wonder?

Because of the nature of our products and packaging (which aren’t always flat) we don't have the options of regular or media mail. (Not to mention: regular mail is also untracked and takes 2 times longer to reach you! And who wants to wait longer for their goodies to arrive?)

“Why do I have to pay for shipping? I’m used to getting free shipping!”

While we offer C$9.50 / USD $8 shipping on orders under C$95, it REALLY costs us closer to C$12 on average to ship within North America. We know it sounds crazy — but we pay the difference out of pocket so that we can offer the best flat rate to you!

It’s tough being a small retailer (we are just 3 women!) up against the “free shipping movement” of our bigger competitors. But we’re doing our best, and we’re grateful for your understanding. 💙

Your new "go to" On-The-Go Bikini Brief

I had the chance to try out the On-The-Go Bikini brief, and they did not disappoint. I'm very particular about underwear and generally wear a fuller cut bikini style, but these were playful and sexy. The fabric was a lovely soft sagey green and the 5% elastane added a desirable silkiness to the GOTS fabric but remained breathable. The leg and waist bands are soft and comfortable, no pinching, and the XL size I tested provided a smooth silhouette, no muffin. Oh and I'm not a very attentive laundress, they machine washed & dried beautifully. If you're looking for an ethically made quality product, created by run by women, this is your new go to!

ON-THE-GO-BIKINI

I recently was given the opportunity to product test this item in an xs size - the bikini panty fit as expected and laundered very well - the material was pre-shrunk and cold water/air drying was recommended. So, of course, I put it in a lingerie bag in a warm water wash cycle then into the dryer it went! I can usually shrink just about anything, haha, and if there was any shrinkage, it was unnoticeable.

The underwear fabric was soft; comfortable; workmanship was excellent and I loved the shade of green. While wearing there was no irritation or sores caused by the seams or stitching, sometimes it hardly felt as if I was wearing underwear. 🤭 As an individual with extremely sensitive skin and sensory issues this was a pleasure.

I would highly recommend giving these a try and find out for yourself the pleasure in wearing a pair of well made and did I already say, very comfortable underwear!
