What's the difference between this mask and our others?
The adjustment and fastening mechanism. This mask has cloth ties. It loops around the ears requires a knot at the back of head/neck. Better suited if little ones are more sensitive to pressure / elastic on their ears.
NOTE: Children must be supervised at ALL times when wearing these masks.
Mask should not be worn hung on child's neck at any time. Do not wear mask on child when unable to supervise: e.g., when child is asleep, child is strapped.
Not intended for children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
Our Shipping Policy:
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $60. This refers to Expedited Shipping for Canada Post and First Class USPS for USA. Shipping is 2-8 business days.
Because of the nature of our products and packaging (not always flat) we don't have the option of regular / media mail. Regular mail is also untracked and takes 2 times longer to reach our customers.
While we offer C$9.50 / USD $7.50 shipping on orders under $60, it REALLY costs us closer to C$12 on average to ship within North America! I know it sounds crazy, but we pay this difference out of pocket so that we can offer the best flat rate to you!
It’s tough being a small retailer up against the ‘free shipping movement’ of our large competitors, but believe us, we are doing my best to serve you!
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy or have a problem with your order, please get in touch with us and we will promise to fix it to your satisfaction.
For hygiene reasons we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges of our masks or underwear. This means that you are always guaranteed a brand new pair when you buy from us - phew!
Please note that socks and other items should be in their original packaging for returns or exchanges.
