Underwear & Socks

Because of hygiene standards, opened or worn underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

First Pair Guarantee

Finding the right fit matters. That’s why your first pair of underwear or socks is covered by our First Pair Fit Guarantee.

If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll issue store credit for your first single pair.

To make sure the rest of your order stays eligible for return or exchange, we recommend opening, washing, and trying one pair first before opening the others.

Please note:

  • Applies to one single pair (one style) only

  • Bundles and multipacks are excluded

  • Store credit only (no refunds)

Unopened packages may be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges: Free within Canada & USA
Returns for refund: $12.50 CAD / $10.50 USD return label fee deducted from refund

Bras, Tops & Bottoms

Items must be unwashed, with tags and there must be no signs of wear.

For orders outside Canada and the USA, returns and exchanges are not available at this time.
