Refund policy
We want you to love your Q for Quinn pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Returns and exchanges should be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Underwear and socks can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons. Bras, tops, and bottoms can be tried on. Whatever the item, it needs to reach us ready to be sold again, so please check that each one is:
- Still carrying all of its original tags
- Unwashed and unaltered, with no signs of wear beyond a try on
- Free of marks and stains, including deodorant and cosmetic marks
- Free of pet hair, lint, and pilling
- Free of any scent it did not arrive with
Every return is inspected when it arrives. If an item does not meet these standards, it is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
For hygiene reasons we cannot return an ineligible item to stock. Items that arrive in ineligible condition are donated where possible and otherwise discarded responsibly, and no refund, exchange, or store credit is issued.

International Orders
For orders outside Canada and the USA, returns and exchanges are not available at this time.
Ineligible Returns
Every return is inspected on arrival. Items that do not meet these standards cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited, and are donated where possible or otherwise discarded responsibly.
