In shades of blue and green, our merino wool terry cushion sock is one of our best inventions yet!

With a full cushion on your feet for extra support, comfort and durability, these merino-rich (85% merino wool) socks will become your little one's winter favourite!

Please note that this sock is crafted from a blend of merino wool and recycled polyester, with polyester added for enhanced strength and durability. This season, we’re introducing a new merino-cotton blend, which, while soft and comfortable, is a newer composition that hasn’t yet been fully tested for durability. You can find this here.

As with all our socks, these Merino wool socks for kids come with a flat toe seam for extra comfort.

Ethically Made in Portugal.

Why 13% Recyled Polyester?

Merino wool is a delicate yarn, especially for socks. Polyester adds strength and durabilty to the socks.

Elastane is used for stretch and to hold socks up!

This was the highest composition of merino wool we could acheive without compromising on fit and durability.

Every pair is made with RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) wool and certified to OEKO-Tex 100 Standards.

Care: for best care results, wash cold and lay flat to dry.

Perfectly soft and warm!

I'm ashamed to say how much time I spent comparing companies, socks, materials and prices to find soft, non itchy socks that are warm and made with natural materials, and after all that research I went back to the company that was my first choice from the beginning. Q for Quinn socks have the highest percentage or merino wool and they're so so so soft. I love that they go high up over the calves for added warmth. I'll be checking out the organic cotton socks when it gets warmer. The price is high (all merino wool socks are higher in price), but they're absolutely worth it!

Super warm and comfy

I love these socks for my baby, he’s 18mo old but pretty small (5th percentile), so they fit a bit big. He wears size 5C shoes. I would say they are probably true to size or maybe a bit big with lots of room to grow. They do not fall down. His toes are always toasty and dry when he is in his bogs. Great quality!

What is the difference between lightweight and midweight?

Our mid-weight socks have another layer of fabric called a terry cushion on at the bottom of the foot.

Our lightweight socks do not have this extra layer at the bottom of the foot.

How do I select the right size?

We have created a sizing guide for each of our products to help you pick the right size. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We'd love to help!

Will these pill or fray?

Our merino wool socks are not treated with anything to make them "superwash".

Superwash wool is usually treated with chemicals and sheds microplastics into our environment.

We chose to create socks that were free from these chemicals and as a result some minor fraying is normal for natural merino wool socks.

We recommend washing on delicate cycle and hanging to dry or tumble dry low.

Please do get in touch if you notice excessive pilling or fraying.
