This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re focusing on something that can make a lasting difference: supporting the research working toward a future without breast cancer.
On October 1, we’re donating 10% of all sales to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
Why we’re supporting Breast Cancer Research Foundation
The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending breast cancer by advancing the world’s most promising research.
BCRF funds research across the full spectrum of breast cancer; from prevention and early detection to treatment, metastasis, and survivorship. Their goal is to support scientists with the ideas and expertise that can move the field forward.
Breast cancer research has already changed what’s possible for people diagnosed with the disease. BCRF-funded researchers have contributed to major advances, including the discovery of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes, precision medicine, targeted therapies, and new approaches to metastatic breast cancer.
And the work continues.
Today, BCRF funds more than 280 investigators around the world, supporting research into some of the most pressing questions in breast cancer.
Awareness should come with information.
We want to use Breast Cancer Awareness Month as an opportunity to share credible information and have more meaningful conversations about the disease.
That also means talking about pinkwashing: what it is, why it matters, and what meaningful support can actually look like.
