Shipping and Returns

We ship from two warehouses located in Buffalo, New York and Toronto, Canada. We deliver to multiple countries; please select your location to view specific shipping details.

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Underwear and socks must be unopened. Everything else can be tried on, but must come back in new, resalable condition with tags attached. All sale items are final sale.

All US orders ship from our Buffalo warehouse. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75 USD. Standard shipping is $8.50 USD.

All Canadian orders ship from our Mississauga warehouse. Free shipping on orders over $95 CAD. Standard shipping is $9.95 CAD.

All international orders ship from our Buffalo, NY warehouse. Duties and taxes are covered on international orders, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives. Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD. Standard shipping is $35 AUD.

Since we do offer international shipping to select countries throughout the world, you can see all of our available international shipping options during checkout after entering the delivery address. Duties and taxes are covered on international orders, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives.

Shipping Protection is an option that you can choose during checkout. It provides a store credit or replacement items on the off chance that your order is deemed lost, damaged, or stolen.
