RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Underwear and socks can only be returned unopened. Once a package has been opened, everything inside it is no longer eligible.

Bras, tops and bottoms can be tried on. They need to come back with tags attached, unwashed, showing no wear beyond that, and free of marks, stains, and any scent they did not arrive with.

First Pair Guarantee. If your first single pair of underwear or socks does not fit, contact us within 30 days and we will issue store credit. To make sure the rest of your order stays eligible for return or exchange, we ask that you open, wash, and try only one pair first before opening the others. One pair, one style, store credit only, and not available on bundles or multipacks.

Fees. Exchanges are free within Canada and the USA. Returns for refund have a $12.50 CAD / $10.50 USD label fee deducted.

Not eligible. Sale items are final sale, and we are not able to process returns or exchanges outside Canada and the USA.

Every return is inspected on arrival.

We would rather you checked the fit properly than kept something that does not work. A few things keep an item eligible if it turns out not to be right:

• Try it on before deodorant, fragrance, body lotion or makeup. These leave marks and scents that are the most common reason we cannot accept something back.
• Leave the tags attached. Once tags are removed we are not able to accept the item.
• Do not wash it. A washed item cannot be returned, even if it has not been worn.
• Keep it brief. Trying on means checking the fit, not wearing it for the day.

If the fit is not right, start your return straight away rather than setting it aside to try again later. The 30 day window runs from delivery.

Because of hygiene standards, opened or worn underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to everything inside a package once it has been opened. Unopened packages may be returned or exchanged.

First Pair Guarantee

Finding the right fit matters. That's why your first pair of underwear or socks is covered by our First Pair Fit Guarantee. If the fit isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue store credit for your first single pair.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll then process it and issue a refund less the return fee along with any additional fees from your original order (this includes shipping protection and/or shipping fees)

We’ll send you a refund confirmation once your refund has been completed, but this typically takes 3-5 business days from the time the refund has been issued to show back up on your account.
