While shipping times can vary and delivery can take up to 60 business days, most deliveries are made in 8-15 business days not including customs clearance.

Please note the customer is solely responsible for any duties or taxes upon receipt.

We want you to feel great in your first pair. If the fit isn’t quite right, just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send you store credit for the value of that item, no questions asked.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of any opened underwear, bras, or socks, but your first try is always risk-free.

• For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

• Items must be in their original packaging for returns or exchanges.

• Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery (90 days during holiday period (November 15-December 31).
  Size/Fit exchanges are free. Shipping and return label costs apply for refunds. 

• International (outside USA & Canada): At this time, we cannot process returns. We will try to do our best to offer exchange of items for sizing / fit.
