1st Pair Guarantee: If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 30 days for store credit. Applies to your first single pair only (not bundles, or multipacks). Opened underwear, bras, and socks can’t be returned, but your first try is risk-free.

For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Items must be in their original packaging for returns or exchanges.

Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery (90 days during holiday period (November 15-December 31).
Size/Fit exchanges are free. Shipping and return label costs apply for refunds. -
International (outside USA & Canada): At this time, we cannot process returns. We will try to do our best to offer exchange of items for sizing / fit.
