1st Pair Guarantee: If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 30 days for store credit. Applies to your first single pair only (not bundles, or multipacks). Opened underwear, bras, and socks can’t be returned, but your first try is risk-free.

For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Items must be in their original packaging for returns or exchanges.

Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery (90 days during holidays). Shipping and return label costs apply. We cannot offer free returns due to high shipping costs (avg. $13 in North America).

International (outside USA & Canada): We cannot process returns/exchanges, but please reach out if you’re unsatisfied.
