For lost and stolen items, we typically give 5-10 business days before a claim can be made, as sometimes the package is simply misplaced and it shows up!

Please note if shipping protection is not selected, Q for Quinn is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Maximum value of goods that can be re-shipped is $1000. Re-shipment or store credit only. No refunds.

While we offer $8.5 USD / $9.95 CAD shipping on orders under a certain amount, it REALLY costs us closer to $12 USD on average to ship within North America. We know it sounds crazy — but we pay the difference out of pocket so that we can offer the best flat rate to you!

A great little bundle

Variety of socks with various thicknesses, styles and colours. Really great assortment and allows me to see what I might want to order more of. All are well-made, but I especially liked the thicker, ribbed cream colour ones (they're the "Heavyweight (Thick)" cotton socks) as they're so cozy! I have a toddler with GIANT feet for his age (size 10US little kids, so ~16.5cm). Hence, I ordered the size 7-11 just to be REALLY generous and get socks for the future. For comparison, the 7-11Y socks are bigger than my child's feet. That said, the unstretched heavyweight socks fit him with a little room. In general, I'd order one size range up from your kid's age range just to ensure that they have room to grow into the socks. I do wish they provided actual stretched and unstretched measurements (or just used shoe sizes, rather than age ranges) so I wasn't guessing so much.

Where are your socks made?

Our socks are made in a family owned, GOTS certified facility in Portugal.

Are all your socks seamless?

Yes, our socks have a flat toe seam that is barely felt. This is often referred to as "seamless". We have thousands of sensitive and sensory kids wearing our socks comfortably!

Are there any synthetics in Q for Quinn products?

At Q for Quinn, you will find basics with some of the highest composition of organic, GOTS-certified, natural materials in the world! However, we also understand that everyday living calls for basics that fit well and stand the test of time.

Some of our basics are made from 100% cotton, most are made with 95%+ natural materials, and a few contain a small amount of synthetics to improve comfort and durability. Some synthetics such as elastics are used for our waistband and cuffs. These are covered and GOTS approved inputs from trims.

The composition of our basics can be found in every product listing under “Fabric and Care.” You can also read more about our selective use of polyester below.

Cotton Patterned Socks

Some of our cotton patterned socks are GOTS-certified and made with 80% organic materials, but they do include some recycled polyester — which is key for strengthening socks with heavy graphic elements.

We are constantly working to increase the composition of natural, organic materials and hope to soon replace our bestselling patterns with a 98% cotton composition.

Merino Wool Socks

Since Merino wool is a very delicate yarn, our Merino wool socks are made with a small amount of recycled polyester. This helps to strengthen the socks and ensure they last for years to come.

As with all of our products, we are continually experimenting with new compositions to improve longevity and maximize the composition of natural fabrics. We use polyester and synthetics very selectively. When we do so, we ensure they are complaint with GOTS and OEKO-Tex Standards.
