I founded Q for Quinn to dress my son, who suffered from eczema. I was alarmed to find that around 90% of baby and kids' socks contained BPA and Parabens. This compelled me to seek a safer alternative.
Today, my small team and I strive to create healthy, comfortable organic cotton basics – gentle on our skin, planet and community.

How do I pick the right size?

USA: US$8 flat rate, 2-8 business days
Canada: C$9.50 flat rate, 2-8 business days
Free shipping over US$75/C$95
International: US$15 flat rate, up to 60 days

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the USA and Canada. We ship from Toronto, ON, Canada. Shipping is usually 2-8 business days.
We ship to select international countries and are working on improving our service for international destinations.

We are proud to work with GOTS certified, fair trade, family owned facilities around the world!
Our socks and tights are made in Portugal.
Our underwear is made in India.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
First Pair Guarantee
If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 30 days for store credit. This applies to your first single pair only (bundles and multipacks excluded). We’re unable to provide refunds on opened/worn underwear due to hygiene reasons. If you ordered multiple items of the same style/size, we kindly ask that you open, wash, and wear one pair only to ensure the fit works for you and so the unopened items are eligible for return.
Return/Exchange Eligibility
All products must be new in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. This ensures that all customers only receive new and unworn items.
Shipping Costs
Q for Quinn covers the return shipping fees for exchanges initiated through our Return & Exchange portal. Exchange orders initiated through our Return & Exchange portal are also eligible for free shipping within the USA and Canada. Shipping fees for returns for refund are charged at $9.50 CAD / $8.50 USD per shipment which is automatically deducted from the refund amount. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.

Are Q for Quinn products suitable for sensitive skin?
All our products are designed first for sensitive skin and conditions.
In fact, our very first pair of socks was designed to be gentle enough for a little boy who suffered from eczema.
The integrity of the materials and the rigor of being a GOTS-certified brand enable us to create products that are gentle on our skin and our planet.

Are there any synthetics in your products?
At Q for Quinn, you will find basics with some of the highest composition of organic, GOTS-certified, natural materials in the world!
However, we also understand that everyday living calls for basics that fit well and stand the test of time.
Some of our basics are made from 100% cotton, most are made with 95%+ natural materials, and a few contain a small amount of synthetics to improve comfort and durability.
Some synthetics such as elastics are used for our waistband and cuffs. These are all OEKO-Tex certified to ensure they are free from harmful chemicals and approved by GOTS.
