We ship to all 50 states in the USA and Canada. We ship from Toronto, ON, Canada. Shipping is usually 2-8 business days.

We ship to select international countries and are working on improving our service for international destinations.

Flat rate shipping to Canada: C$9.50, usually 2 to 8 business days

Flat rate shipping to USA: US$8, usually 2 to 8 business days

Shipping is FREE on orders over US$75/C$95. This refers to Expedited Shipping for Canada Post and First Class USPS for USA. Shipping is 2-8 business days.

We ship to select international countries at a flat rate of US$15. Shipping time varies but can be up to 60 business days. We thank you for your patience. 

Why can’t we ship “regular” mail, you might wonder?

Because of the nature of our products and packaging (which aren’t always flat) we don't have the options of regular or media mail. (Not to mention: regular mail is also untracked and takes 2 times longer to reach you! And who wants to wait longer for their goodies to arrive?)

“Why do I have to pay for shipping? I’m used to getting free shipping!”

While we offer C$9.50 / USD $8 shipping on orders under US$75, it REALLY costs us closer to C$12 on average to ship within North America. We know it sounds crazy — but we pay the difference out of pocket so that we can offer the best flat rate to you!

It’s tough being a small retailer up against the “free shipping movement” of our bigger competitors. But we’re doing our best, and we’re grateful for your understanding. 💙

To make sure you get the right product, we recommend that you refer to our size chart before purchasing.

Please note:
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges of our underwear or any socks that are worn. (This means that you’re always guaranteed a brand-new pair when you buy from us — phew!)

Socks and other items should be in their original packaging for returns or exchanges.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Yes. Every pair we make has a seamless or invisible toe seam to maximize comfort. We take pride in knowing we have thousands of customers who are highly sensitive to their toe seam wearing our socks comfortably. Learn more about our seamless socks here.

Because of the delicate nature of organic cotton and merino wool we recommend washing cold and lay flat.

Short on time? We know what that’s like. Wash cold, and tumble dry on low heat.

Buying organic cotton socks or clothing goes beyond caring for our environment. The amount of toxins in children’s clothing is astonishing. Take socks for example, a recent study found 9/10 socks had traces of BPA and Parabens– chemicals that are hormone disruptors and have been linked to variously illnesses. By buying certified organic you are purchasing socks that have been tested free of any harmful toxins or chemicals at every stage of the production process.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. It is essentially the “gold” standard of organic cotton. You can read more about the certification here 

While we cannot claim or guarantee that our products are 100% suitable for babies and kids with eczema we have a number of customers whose babies and kids suffer from eczema and have had no issues or flare ups with our socks. In fact, our founder, Melita’s son suffered from severe eczema and reactions to certain socks in the market. This encouraged Melita to create socks that were 100% breathable and with the maximum organic cotton content to avoid moisture being trapped in – the leading cause of foot eczema in babies, kids and adults.

We have had an high success rate amongst our customers with eczema and sensitive skin.
