Yes, for low- to medium-intensity training such as pilates, yoga, barre, strength, and walking. Cotton absorbs sweat rather than wicking it, so for heavy cardio in humid heat you may want to bring a change of clothes. For 90% of studio workouts, our pieces can be worn comfortably.

How do I wash organic cotton activewear without shrinking it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, and tumble dry low or line dry. Avoid fabric softeners as they coat the fibers and reduce breathability.
