What is Shipping Protection?

Q for Quinn provides protection for shipments that are damaged, lost, or stolen. Add Shipping Protection to your cart at checkout to enable protection.

For damaged shipments, photos will be required. 

For lost and stolen items, we typically give 5-10 business days before a claim can be made, as sometimes the package is simply misplaced and it shows up!

Please note if shipping protection is not selected, Q for Quinn is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. 

Maximum value of goods that can be re-shipped is $1000. Re-shipment or store credit only. No refunds. 

We want you to feel great in your first pair. If the fit isn’t quite right, just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send you store credit for the value of that item, no questions asked.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of any opened underwear, bras, or socks, but your first try is always risk-free.

I initially got a pair while ordering underwear for my daughter, then I ordered two more pairs and realized that I was sad whenever my new socks were dirty so had to order more. They are very comfortable and have a bit of padding on the soles. Love them ❤️

Where are your socks made?

Our socks are made in a family owned, GOTS certified facility in Portugal.

Are all your socks seamless?

Yes, our socks have a flat toe seam that is barely felt. This is often referred to as "seamless". We have thousands of sensitive and sensory kids wearing our socks comfortably!

Are there any synthetics in Q for Quinn products?

At Q for Quinn, you will find basics with some of the highest composition of organic, GOTS-certified, natural materials in the world! However, we also understand that everyday living calls for basics that fit well and stand the test of time.

Some of our basics are made from 100% cotton for the body of the garment, most are made with 95%+ natural materials, and a few contain a small amount of synthetics to improve comfort and durability.

Some synthetics such as elastics (a blend of recycled polyester and elastane) are used for our waistband and cuffs.

As with all of our products, we are continually experimenting with new compositions to improve longevity and maximize the composition of natural fabrics. We use polyester and synthetics very selectively. When we do so, we ensure they are complaint with GOTS and OEKO-Tex Standards.

  • Our 1st Pair Guarantee: Order one pair of our women's underwear to try and if you don't love them, let us know within 30 days and we'll give you a store credit for the same value. Not so fine print: Limited time offer valid on first pair of women's underwear only, maximum store credit value $24 USD / 29CAD. 1st Pair Guarantee is not valid on bundles or children's underwear.
  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges of any socks or underwear that are opened.
