What is the 1st Pair Guarantee?
We are committed to creating products that our customers love. While we cannot accept returns of our underwear due to hygiene reasons (phew, this means you always get a brand new pair), we will send you a store credit for the first pair you try if you are not happy with it.

Which underwear style do I get?
It depends on your preference! Our classic briefs are high-waisted and made from 100% cotton fabric.
Our Everyday Bikini sits lower, is a little bit more of a cheeky style, and is more fitted than the classic briefs because of the jersey fabric

USA: US$8 flat rate, 2-8 business days
Canada: C$9.50 flat rate, 2-8 business days

To make sure you get the right product, we recommend that you refer to our size chart before purchasing. Returns and exchanges are not only costly for our small business but also for our planet.

- For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges of any socks or underwear that are opened.
