First Pair Guarantee
If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 30 days for store credit. This applies to your first single pair only (bundles and multipacks excluded). We’re unable to provide refunds on opened/worn underwear due to hygiene reasons. If you ordered multiple items of the same style/size, we kindly ask that you open, wash, and wear one pair only to ensure the fit works for you and so the unopened items are eligible for return.

Return/Exchange Eligibility
All products must be new in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. This ensures that all customers only receive new and unworn items.
Shipping Costs
Q for Quinn covers the return shipping fees for exchanges initiated through our Return & Exchange portal. Exchange orders initiated through our Return & Exchange portal are also eligible for free shipping within the USA and Canada. Shipping fees for returns for refund are charged at $9.50 CAD / $8.50 USD per shipment which is automatically deducted from the refund amount. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.

International Orders
International (outside USA & Canada): At this time, we cannot process returns. We will try to do our best to offer exchange of items for sizing / fit.
